Design2Sell is a finalist in the Vacant Home Stage of the Year in the United States category, as well as the Best Home Staging Team of the Year category. Winners will be announced at the RESACON Awards Banquet later this month in Las Vegas.
Celebrating their 10th anniversary, the Home Staging Industry Awards recognize top producing stagers for their professional excellence and superior skills in the art of home staging and re-design. They also honor home staging-related professionals that contribute to the industry. The home staging awards are voted on by members of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), the industry’s first trade association and the only one funded and directed by its members for the sole purpose of the betterment of the industry.

The Best Home Staging Team of the Year award is given to a team of two or more stagers operating together under one company name, and it also factors professionalism and excellence in home staging into the award. The award for Vacant Home Stager of the Year is given to a single individual in the U.S. that has been in the business for at least two years and demonstrates the utmost professionalism in home staging. Winners are chosen through several rounds of judging and member votes and are primarily judged on the before and after work examples submitted.
The industry’s annual conference, RESACON features networking and education opportunities for staging professionals from the U.S., Canada, Europe, United Kingdome, South Africa and Australia. This conference is one of the real estate industry’s largest events, and it offers incredible speakers, premium vendors and of course, the world’s top stagers.
