Enter now to feature your decorated model homes, available inventory homes or even pre-sold homes into the 2021 Parade of Homes hosted by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.
Why should you participate in the Parade this year? We’re glad you asked! Participating home builders will benefit from increased exposure of their home(s) and brand from digital advertising via the GAHBA’s robust marketing program, which includes an impressive list of tactics and media outlets. This means more traction to communities and more prospective buyers coming through your homes’ front doors! Available marketing opportunities include advertisements in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Atlanta Business Chronicle, Marietta Daily Journal, Atlanta Magazine, WSB-TV Daily 2, Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio, Atlanta’s Best New Homes Show, KNOWAtlanta Magazine, New Home Guide, 94.9 The Bull and WABE 90.1FM, as well as more to be added on an ongoing basis.
In addition, extensive social media advertising and traditional public relations methods will also be used to market the Parade and its home builder participants. As an added bonus, participating builders will also receive an expertly packaged “Parade in a Box” containing a ready-to-launch set of promotional tools that can be used by the builder’s sales and marketing team to further promote their homes on Parade. In this box are flyers, suggested social media posts, supporting creative elements and much more. Collectively, this marketing package will bring brand awareness and considerable traffic to participating builders at a value that cannot be ignored!
The cost to enter a home in the Parade varies based on the total number of homes entered:
- $1,500 for 1 home
- $3,000 for 2 homes
- $4,500 for 3+ homes (unlimited homes)
The 2021 Parade of Homes will take place over three weekends – April 24-25, May 1-2 and May 8-9. Participating Parade homesites are open for tours each Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Each Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m.
