Scott Payne, Vice President of Developer Services at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, joins the All About Real Estate segment of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio to discuss the builder’s program with co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schick.

Atlanta Fine Homes is the exclusive Atlanta affiliate of Sotheby’s International Realty, which is locally owned and operated. The firm recently announced that in addition to their downtown, Buckhead and North Atlanta locations, they will be opening a fourth location in East Cobb.

According to Payne, Atlanta Fine Homes agents were the most productive agents in Atlanta in 2016, and he believes this shows their commitment to their industry. He sees the same commitment in the program for builders.

“Builders want to close homes when they finish building them,” said Payne. “They need to start marketing them during production.” The program at Atlanta Fine Homes is designed to help builders position, market, build and sell their homes. “With our in-house marketing staff, building and selling with us comes with a lot.”

Knowing and understanding how builders work, has helped the company work more efficiently within the industry.

“We speak their language,” said Payne. “Atlanta Fines Homes can help builders identify a target consumer, find proper home contenting levels, read a plat, walk a homesite and more.”
