If you are searching for the best food in the South, look no further. Spreading across many different styles, Atlanta is home to the best food around. For this reason, Atlanta is excited to be hosting its 2016 Atlanta Downtown Restaurant Week for the fourteenth year from July 23 through July 31.
Presented by Central Atlanta Progress (CAP), this nine-day culinary event features many of the restaurants found throughout Atlanta, both the new and old classics. The different styles of food include seafood, barbeque, Mexican, steakhouses and many more! There will be more than 35 restaurants participating, and each will have gourmet prix-fixe menus that range from $15 to $35 for brunch, lunch and dinner. The prices are per person, unless noted otherwise, and exclude alcohol, tax and gratuity.
This week gives everyone from Atlanta and around to treat themselves to some of the finest and well-known spots in the city such as Hard Rock Café, Braves All Star Grill, McCormick & Schmick’s and more. Visitors will also get the chance to explore the streets of Atlanta and see the city’s attractions. Whether you are looking for something to do this summer or want to try some new foods, you do not want to miss this event.
