The Atlanta Symphony Associates’ 40th Annual Decorators’ Show House & Gardens opens for tours this Saturday, April 17th, and there are several reasons you should attend. First, it is an Atlanta Spring Time tradition. Second, it is a benefit for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra’s Youth Orchestra. And lastly, it is the perfect opportunity for you to get a little inspiration for your own home makeover from some of Atlanta’s top designers.
A total of 28 designers from around the southeast have decorated the “Giverny” estate. Each room showcases the style and flair of a different designer, and the over four acres of spectacular gardens also represent the talents of different landscape designers.
The house will be open to the public from April 17th to May 9th:
- Monday-Wednesday 10 am-3:30 pm
- Thursday 10 am to 7:30 pm
- Friday and Saturday 10 am to 3:30 pm
- Sunday 12 pm to 4:30 pm
The address is 3639 Tuxedo Road Atlanta, 30305.
Go ahead and buy your tickets–if you get them online or at a select location before April 16, they are only $20, but when purchased at the door the price increases to $25. All proceeds from the Decorators’ Show House & Gardens benefit the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra’s Learning Community. Retail on the terrace level will also benefit the orchestra and includes designer sales, box-woods, Christopher Sherry paintings and the Atlanta Symphony Associates gift shop, the Maestro’s Market.
