Congrats to all of this year’s Atlanta BALA Award winners! The 2022 Best in American Living Award (BALA) finalists and Hall of Fame inductees have been announced, and it’s pretty exciting to see such a strong showing from the peach state!
Spotlighting creative and talented building industry professionals who have redefined design excellence for homes and communities, the BALA awards are the building industry’s premier residential design awards program, both nationally and internationally. Winning projects exemplify the best in design trends, and now the finalists are waiting to find out if they will earn Silver, Gold or Platinum on Wednesday, Feb. 1, at 5 p.m. during the International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas.
Top projects will be named regional winners, and the best of the best will be crowned Home of the Year, Room of the Year, Remodel of the Year, Multifamily Community of the Year, or Community or Community Facility of the Year.

The ceremony includes the induction of the Best in American Living™ Hall of Fame’s latest class. The class of 2022 includes Ron Terwilliger, Multifamily Builder/Developer, Atlanta, Georgia. Congrats!

BALA Ceremony. Come and join us at the building industry’s premier residential design awards ceremony, where we will honor the winners of the Best In American Living Awards, as well as seven BALA Hall of Fame inductees! The awards event will take place on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, 5 – 8 p.m. in the Theater at the SAHARA, 2535 Las Vegas Boulevard, South (approx. 1 mile from the Convention Center). Doors open at 5 p.m., event starts at 6 p.m. Come and enjoy drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and a champagne toast as we recognize and award this year’s most notable and creative home and community designs and those individuals who have been staunch supporters of BALA, good design, and the home building industry!
