Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Ashton Woods Homes for winning a Gold OBIE in the Community Information & Sales Center/Welcome Center category for Aria. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.
Aria, a vibrant and electric place within a peaceful landscape that beckons you to discover and experience its sense of wonder that lies around every corner. This is exactly how Ashton Woods wanted a potential homeowner to feel walking through the doors of the Aria Discovery Center.
A large, open front deck with seating allows guests to take in the lush greenspace across the street that will soon become a public park. Once they walk through the doors of the Discovery Center, a quaint and stylish sitting area is to the left with a beverage center, countertop and built-ins to your right. The color scheme is neutral with gray’s and white, with accents of the Aria yellow, natural wood and furnishings to give warmth. The sales gallery offers three stations for the Aria team to work with potential and future homeowners. Each station has a 55″ interactive television display with an Aria interactive sales presentation. Two of the stations have Aria Display Walls with the interactive TV’s built-in and sleek white round tables with stools slid underneath making it easy to sit or stand while watching the presentation. The center station showcases the interactive TV built-in to the sleek white table again with stools slid underneath. Rugs slid underneath each station and drapes help with the sound carrying throughout the sales gallery.
To add another dimension of warmth a painted wood slat wall is centered on the back wall featuring the Aria logo. Several seating areas add to the comfort of the Discovery Center allowing visitors to sit back and relax. The sales gallery area is completed with an Aria coffee station. When entering each of the four sales offices, guests will find an office layout that was used to its maximum potential. Each office features a modern, white desk, office chair, three Aria yellow guest chairs, beautiful artwork and plenty of file cabinet space that are mobile.
The Discovery Center has two restrooms and a break room for the Aria team. Storage for our team was critical and is easily attained with space and cabinetry in the break room as well as in the main sales gallery where it is hidden. One of the best features of the Aria Discovery Center is the back deck. Discover life in harmony on the back deck offering separate seating areas, one shaded and an amenity sign, similar to those at scenic overlooks, showing exactly how this natural topography will be the future amenity of Aria North. Every decision that went it to this sales gallery had a purpose, to allow guests to enter a peaceful setting, with the inner workings stored away, so the guest is inspired to find their new home at Aria.
