Lifestory Research’s study included more than 21,500 home buyers and 133 home builders in the top 27 housing markets in the U.S. The study found that 76 percent of customers believe that trust is a key factor when purchasing a new home.
Beating out 132 other builders that were tracked in the study, Ashton Woods Homes had the highest “net trust quotient score.” As one of the nation’s top 25 builders in closings and revenues and a top 10 private builder, this score was not a surprise.
