Lifestory Research’s study included more than 21,500 home buyers and 133 home builders in the top 27 housing markets in the U.S. The study found that 76 percent of customers believe that trust is a key factor when purchasing a new home.
Beating out 132 other builders that were tracked in the study, Ashton Woods Homes had the highest “net trust quotient score.” As one of the nation’s top 25 builders in closings and revenues and a top 10 private builder, this score was not a surprise.
“Being named the #1 Most Trusted Builder in America is a great accomplishment for the company,” stated Dwayne Hill, vice president of sales and marketing for the Atlanta division. “In Atlanta, we build homes with great design and quality. We also strive to deliver excellent customer service. These are the beginnings of building trust with our home buyers.”
Homes feature spacious floor plans, gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, inviting family rooms with fireplaces, covered decks, finished basements and oversized closets.
