Artisan Built Communities OBIE Awards 2022

Artisan Built Communities was honored at the 42nd annual OBIE Awards with Community of the Year and Salesperson of the Year, as well as four additional Gold Awards and four Silver Awards. The OBIE Awards, presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council on behalf of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, recognize outstanding achievements within the homebuilding industry and serve as the premier awards in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

Best Landscape Design – Community

NatureWalk at Seven Hills focuses on nature, hence the name, and the team wanted the landscape design to reflect that. Much of the community’s natural landscape was left undisturbed, meaning the community is filled with pine and hardwood forests, natural streams and creeks, and rolling meadows. In the areas where formal landscaping was required, including the entrance, streetscapes and amenity areas, a focus was put on tying in the formal landscape design with the community’s natural elements. Native plants, natural rocks and water features were incorporated to mimic NatureWalk’s surroundings. From the manmade elements such as the entry monuments and clubhouses, to the formally landscaped areas, the landscape design team took care to make it feel like homeowners are surrounded by nature that occurred organically, not by design.

Best Amenity Package – 500+ Units/Total Build Out

The amenity package at NatureWalk at Seven Hills is incredible, starting with the 13-acre waterpark that features multiple swimming pools, a waterslide and playground feature. The main clubhouse boasts a spacious kitchen and multiple gathering places both inside and outside for meetings, dining and more. Outside, generous green spaces include miles of nature trails for hiking, biking and walking, as well as golf cart paths for easy commuting around the community. The Artisan Built team decided to create a series of autoresponder email messages for prospects to receive once they become a lead in the builder’s CRM system. The autoresponder program consists of a series of 13 emails sent over the course of 12 weeks. Three unique templates were created for this series, with all three templates featuring a coordinated design showcasing Artisan Built’s branding.

Best Flyer/Mailer

The Artisan Built team created a flyer to promote a beautiful floor plan that is available to be built at NatureWalk at Seven Hills, one of metro Atlanta’s premier master-planned communities. Featuring the Savannah plan, the flyer includes a combination of photos and text to illustrate the many things that make this floor plan so desirable.

Best Design Center

At Artisan Built, we are proud to offer our design center as a space for NatureWalk at Seven Hills homebuyers to design the home of their dreams. In this new space, buyers have a wide array of options to choose from including countertops, cabinetry, flooring, fixtures and more, all in one convenient location. For any home options we don’t have readily available at our design center, homebuyers can view them digitally on a 42-inch flat screen tv. Homebuyers also enjoy a two-hour design meeting with a professional interior designer in this space.

Best Social Media Campaign – Builder/Developer

Artisan Built Communities looks to social media as a way to attract potential home buyers. Social media is a great tool for both finding new potential customers and keeping a business in the consideration process for those still on the house hunt. A variety of strategies and post types are utilized to reach the target market, the most notable being New Home Orientation celebration posts, amenity features and floor plan features. With consistent, strategic posting and frequent interaction, social media is now a major component of the company’s marketing strategy by assisting with growing the brand, driving traffic to the company website and promoting new developments and inventory homes.
