Samsung stainless steel appliances now standard in every new home
Artisan Built Communities is proud to announce that it has partnered with Samsung to provide stainless steel appliances in every Artisan Built home. The standard appliance package includes a Samsung stainless steel dishwasher, gas range, and microwave, as well as the option to upgrade the package to incorporate the coordinating refrigerator, laundry appliances, and more.
Artisan Built homes now come standard with a five-burner gas range with large capacity oven and an over-the-range large capacity microwave, which also severs as the range ventilation system. A coordinating ENERGY STAR® certified dishwasher is also included that features an express wash option, a sound rating of 55 dBa (A-weighted decibels) and hidden control buttons.
Buyers who want additional features have the opportunity to upgrade the standard appliance package. Available upgrade options include a package with a Wi-Fi connected range with a griddle and a virtually silent dishwasher rated at 42 dBa, and options for stainless steel or black stainless finishes. In addition, buyers can choose to upgrade the package to include one of four refrigerators, available in stainless steel or black stainless and ranging from a standard side-by-side refrigerator with an external ice and water dispenser to a counter depth four-door refrigerator complete with Samsung’s Family Hub™, Bixby Voice and FlexZone™ technology, as well as built-in cameras and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Artisan Built is also in the process of making even more upgrade options available to homebuyers. The new packages will include a microwave and wall oven combo with separate five-burner gas cooktop.
In addition to kitchen appliances, homebuyers can elect to add a washer and dryer to their package for an additional cost. Both top- and front-load options are offered, with features such as speed cycles, steam sanitize, steam wash, Wi-Fi connectivity and eco-friendly cycles available.
