Stephen Haines with Artisan Built Communities

President of Artisan Built Communities Stephen Haines is in the studio for today’s All About Real Estate segment of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Joined by co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick, the group discusses several upcoming phases, events and amenities planned at the Georgian and NatureWalk, two luxury, resort-style master-planned communities.

Haines is an all-around family man, having been married for 25 happy years and a father to seven children and lots of pets! When he isn’t spending time with his loving family, Haines is running Artisan Built Communities. The company is based on creating homes that offer the value people are looking while also staying within their budget.

“We feel like we just give a little bit extra,” said Haines. “When you look at our architecture, when you look at the features we put inside our homes and what we surround ourselves in our communities. We have top-shelf amenities in all of our communities. We know that people love to be connected to nature, connected to great amenities and feel comfortable in their own homes so we try to provide all of that.”

Artisan Built Communities is in the process of delivering 280 homesites in 2021, having already delivered 32. The builder also has an upcoming phase coming online soon with an additional 20 homesites. The goal of delivering 280 homesites will be possible through new homes at both the Georgian and NatureWalk communities.

In Artisan Built’s new communities, homes will feature state-of-the-art appliances provided by the builder’s partnership with Samsung and Deako Switches. As people move more and more towards smart home lifestyles, the appliances and switches within new Artisan Built homes make the transition that much easier.

As the summer approaches, residents at the Georgia and NatureWalk are gearing up to enjoy the resort-style pools. The pools offer fun-filled twisting slides, water buckets, water features and more. In addition to the luxurious pools, Artisan Built Communities also offers playgrounds, tennis courts, nature trails, a clubhouse and so much more! Active Adults also have plenty to look forward to with exclusive age-restricted amenities.

The Georgian is gearing up for a brand-new phase ready to be released this summer called The Frog. Backing right up to the world-class 18-hole championship golf course, residents get the full country club lifestyle.
