Residents at two Paulding County communities enjoy resort-style amenities at home
During a time when people’s own backyards are one of the few acceptable places to travel, Artisan Built Communities is making sure its residents’ backyards and neighborhood are all they need to experience a getaway.
“For so many people choosing to stay at home this summer instead of going on vacation, families with children in need of entertainment or those who are just ready to get out of the house but in a safe manner, living in a community with extensive amenities has never been more important,” said Stephen Haines, President of Artisan Built Communities. “Our homeowners at both NatureWalk at Seven Hills and The Georgian have access to fantastic resort-style amenities steps from their front door. We’ve kept as many amenities open as it was safe to do so, and for the amenities that closed like our swimming pools and playgrounds, we spent that time doing minor maintenance tasks to ensure they look brand new when they reopened for our homeowners last weekend!”
Artisan Built Communities builds in two Paulding County master-planned communities, NatureWalk at Seven Hills and The Georgian. Both communities boast a plethora of amenities that provide an active, entertaining lifestyle. While some amenities were temporarily closed due to COVID-19, NatureWalk at Seven Hills and The Georgian both have social distance-friendly amenities that were able to remain open to residents. Residents of NatureWalk can get out and enjoy the fresh air on the miles of nature trails for hiking, biking and walking, or visit the horticulture area, dog park and generous green spaces with spectacular mountain views. At The Georgian, residents with a separate membership can enjoy playing a game of golf at The Frog, a Tom Fazio-designed course.
While both master-planned communities had to temporarily close certain amenities to promote safety, Artisan Built Communities made certain the playgrounds, pools and other facilities reopened with a splash. When the waterpark-style pools reopened, residents were greeted by bright, colorful Super Saucer Slides, Water Buckets and plenty of other water features, as well as beach-entry pools, relaxing adults-only pools including one with a swim-up bar, and swimming pools with lap lanes. These amenities will serve as a great vacation substitute for homeowners this summer.
In addition to waterparks and greenspaces, both communities offer extensive playgrounds, multiple clubhouses, a tennis center, and group activities and events. NatureWalk at Seven Hills residents also enjoy access to basketball and volleyball courts, soccer fields and picnic pavilions.
Currently, Artisan Built Communities has both single-family and active adult homes available at The Georgian and NatureWalk at Seven Hills with prices starting in the mid-$200,000s. For more information on Artisan Built Communities and its homes in Paulding County, visit DiscoverArtisan.com.
