Arthur Rutenberg Homes Atlanta announces that Ben A. Lively, Jr. has been named the Vice President of Marketing. A real estate agent, marketing expert, home builder, developer and general contractor with more than 37 years of experience, Lively is the perfect fit for the unique role he’ll play with Arthur Rutenberg Homes Atlanta.
As the VP of Marketing, Lively will have multiple responsibilities. His first job is the sales and marketing of the Arthur Rutenberg product, which includes explaining the company’s unique process to potential clients, connecting with Realtors, and showing interested buyers around the new model home. The second and more unique aspect of the position is Lively’s responsibility to the buyer once they’re ready to build their custom home. He walks the customer through the entire planning and design process, which includes taking them to the design center for selections and quoting the final price of the home. Lively is also the main point of contact for the buyers throughout the building process.
Lively’s varied background in new construction and remodeling of luxury properties, as well as general contracting, building, developing and marketing, make him a perfect fit for this role at Arthur Rutenberg Homes Atlanta. Prior to becoming the VP of Marketing, Lively was a Realtor with Keller Williams for more than eight years with specialties focusing on Lake Lanier, REO, and distressed properties. In addition, he was President and CEO of Cliftwood Homes, a developer and builder of award-winning entry-level homes.
With experience on state and local boards within the industry, Lively has also held volunteer positions with a variety of organizations and has had the honor of winning 16 Obie Awards of Excellence from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association in building, design, development and marketing. Prior to beginning his career in the building industry, Lively studied business administration at The University of Georgia.
