Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Amy Buynoski with Ameris Bank on winning the Mortgage Professional of the Year. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards awarded to those working in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

Amy Buynoski, Vice President and Loan Officer,  is a 17-year veteran of the industry. Her passion is helping her clients achieve the American dream of home ownership. This passion and her drive to succeed has catapulted her to the top production ranks not only within her company, but also within the state. Closing over $77 million in mortgages in 2018, Amy ranked #2 in volume (top 1%) at Fidelity Bank Mortgage. She was ranked #6 in the state by the Mortgage Bankers of Georgia (MBAG). Just as impressive, Amy has managed to increase her volume YoY for the past eight years, continually raising the bar for herself, her team and her peers. Amy has been a recipient of Five Star & Top Agent awards and was recently featured as a “Who’s Who 2018” by Atlanta Agent Magazine.

The proud mother of four small children (including twins), she also manages to find time to invest in her industry and community. Amy is honored to be the 2019 Chair and board member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council. She is also a member of the North Metro Real Estate Board, and a member of MBAG. She is also very active her children’s school and her church, volunteering as much as she is able.

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s OBIE Awards celebrates its 39th anniversary in 2019. The awards began in 1980 and have grown throughout the years to include more than 100 building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories. The OBIE Awards are named after the obelisk shape of the actual award given.
