Dan Rogers, sales manager for River District with Peachtree Residential Properties is today’s guest on Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Dan joined our hosts Bryan Nonni and Todd Schnick to discuss Peachtree Residential and one of the builder’s Gwinnett County communities, The River District at Berkeley Lake.
Peachtree Residential has been a premier builder in Atlanta for more than 20 years. The company is locally owned and has built thousands of homes in Atlanta during its time in the building industry. The “Peachtree Tailored” option is one of the biggest features setting Peachtree Residential apart from other builders in Atlanta. Homes can be customized to the liking of the buyer and no two Peachtree Residential homes are alike. The process begins with the buyer working with the sales team to customize the home structurally and then the buyer has at least two design center appointments with the Peachtree Residential design staff. During these appointments, a buyer will be able to choose the finishing details for their home.
In addition to the customizable options available in Peachtree Residential homes, the builder is able to reach a variety of different customers with its single-family and townhome communities located primarily North of Atlanta in the Fulton, Forsyth and Gwinnett County. The community recently opened a new model home and plans to host a Realtor event on Sept. 30. During the event, Realtors will have a chance to tour the decorated model and participate in a continuing education class on using social media for real estate. The event will be held in the community model home, a Savannah plan that features a master-on-the-main layout and a rear-entry three-car garage. The first floor boasts stunning 10-foot ceilings, eight-foot doors and many other high-end features and finishes. The kitchen has a large island with space for seating and is great for entertaining. The second floor includes a loft area, three additional bedrooms and walk-in storage.
Dan explains that many of the residents at River District are downsizers looking to decrease the size of their homes while maintaining the quality of design. He adds, “It’s hard for many people to find that. Moving down in size often means that they move down in quality to a cheaper home, not just a less expensive home or a smaller home. Buyers who want high-end finishes will find them with Peachtree Residential.”
