Adele's Atlanta in Old Fourth Ward

In late March, Red Pebbles Hospitality announced the opening of Adele’s Atlanta in the historic Old Fourth Ward neighborhood. A juxtaposed dining experience, Adele’s mirrors the architectural components of two cities by mixing industrial elements with crisp, modern décor. The lively space will feature seasonal menus that incorporate the familiar flavors of California cuisine with the hearty comfort of Italian dishes.

“We have always wanted to carefully expand Adele’s concept to other cities,” Howard Greenstone, founder and CEO of Red Pebbles Hospitality, said. “Once we discovered this adaptive reuse space in Atlanta, especially in this neighborhood, we knew that we could keep the integrity of what makes Adele’s special – adding local touches by creative design and our talented culinary team.”

An open scratch kitchen, Adele’s Atlanta will embrace the historic Old Fourth Ward neighborhood and Atlanta scene through the leadership of Executive Chef Hannah Young.

The former co-chef at the sister location, Adele’s Nashville, Young developed a love for cooking early on and fully immerses herself in the Atlanta culture by incorporating local produce, proteins and flavors into the restaurant’s seasonal selections. A graduate of Valencia College in Orlando, Florida, Young has a bachelor’s in exercise science, health and fitness and an associate degree in culinary management.

A community-oriented individual, Young’s early love of cooking developed after watching her grandmother, mother and aunts express themselves through food. Today, she curates recipes and cooks for loved ones and guests alike, spreading positivity through delicious creations.

Fans of the restaurant can expect favorites, such as seasonal whole roasted fish, gnocchi, kale salad with anchovy dressing and roasted chicken with salsa verde to reappear. Newer additions such as smoked duck, charred shrimp, steak tartare and shaved Brussels sprouts are set to convert each new Atlanta diner that steps through the door.

Seasonal alfresco dining and private experiences will be available. Dinner service runs from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, and from 5 to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
