Adams Homes is seeking a qualified full-time receptionist that is interested in learning about the real estate and homebuilding industry. For this position, a real estate license is not required. Responsibilities for this role include answering incoming calls and emails, professionally interacting with homeowners and trade partners, assisting the operations teams, and learning about warranty, permitting, sales, constructions, and closings.
Another opportunity available is the full-time position of Assistant Production Manager. Qualified applicants will have some experience in construction and project management. In this role, the assistant will conduct ongoing trade partner and supplier work-load analysis, seek and engage new potential trades, maintain knowledge with the Warranty Program, provide support for warranty inspections and services, complete walk-throughs prior to homeowner orientation, conduct daily visits to active construction job sites and completed homes, maintain awareness for safe worksite conditions and demonstrate a general knowledge of OSHA compliance, review weekly creep sheets for opportunities to improve material and labor take-offs, and much more!
The Atlanta new home builder is also seeking to fill open positions for the roles of Superintendent in Training. Although experience in residential construction is preferred, applicants without previous experience may be considered for internships in these roles. Within this role, individuals will be trained on the responsibilities and duties of Residential Construction Superintendents that supervise Adams Homes’ new home construction by overseeing job sites and ensuring homes are completed on time and in accordance with quality standards. Duties for this position include providing professional communication with trade partners, suppliers, building officials, homeowners and other team members; exhibiting high attention to detail and organization, following the construction scheduling process and completing daily visits to job sites to inspect quality, monitor schedules and provide any necessary guidance.
Some opportunities are available to individuals lacking industry experience that can be hired for internships with Adams Homes. The available positions are also open to recent college graduates or college seniors that are interested in learning and growing in the Atlanta real estate industry.
