Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick are joined by Michael Kruszynski, Atlanta South General Manager, and Craig Nolen, Atlanta North General Manager, of Adams Homes for a community update from the local builder on this week’s All About Real Estate segment.
Based on the philosophy of building good homes with good materials at a good price, Adams Homes has been building quality homes since 1991. The regional builder even uses about 20 to 30 percent more lumber in their homes versus national builders according to Kruszynski.
Adams Homes currently has 12 communities open in the South Atlanta area, with three more opening in 2017.
One community, located in Fulton County, is Hickory Lane featuring single-family attached homes ranging from three-to-five bedrooms with two-car garages. Homes do not share a common wall on the structure of the home, but only share a common patio on the rear separated by a privacy wall.
Homes by Adams Homes throughout North Atlanta will range from the low $200,000s to upper $200,000s starting in Douglas and Dawson County followed by potential projects in Forsyth, Gwinnett and Jackson County. These single-family homes will feature both ranch and traditional two-story options.
