For folks in the Midtown and Buckhead area looking for a fun, recreational way to give back to the community, the Atlanta Beltline Partnership Running Series is hosting their first of three races next Saturday, April 30th . We at Acadia Homes & Neighborhoods are teaming up with the Atlanta Beltline Partnership by contributing water and donuts to participants, as well as providing additional parking at our popular townhomes near Midtown community, The Reserve at City Park.
The nonprofit Atlanta Beltline Partnership created the three-part series to raise awareness concerning the recent social development occurring within the community along the Atlanta Beltline. All raised funds will go towards their on-going commitment to promote involvement and growth for the city of Atlanta and the community.
The race, starting at 8 a.m., will consist of a 3.1 mile trek throughout the Atlanta Beltline Northside Trail in the Collier Hills, Collier Hills North and Ardmore Park neighborhoods. Prizes will be given out at the end of the race and all participants will receive a free t-shirt and prize.
The Reserve at City Park is our premier intown living community found at the intersection of Peachtree Street and 26th Street. For homebuyers looking for the perfect townhome in this area, Acadia is now paying Homeowner’s Association Dues for a whole year, a $2,040 value! But act quickly; this opportunity is only available for homeowners who close by April 30th.
