A graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s of business administration in real estate, Payne has over 15 years of experience in the industry and is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and South Carolina.

Prior to joining About Sales, Inc., he served as the national vice president of sales operations for Pulte Homes and as the Charlotte division president for McCar Homes.

In addition to managing brokerage operations at two real estate companies, Payne has extensive experience in land acquisition and organizational analysis.

Payne has a proven track record of identifying market opportunities that increase revenues and market share.
