The duo’s role with About Sales, Inc is to keep the company’s builders well stocked with potential build sites. McCorvey and O’Donnell work closely with builders to determine their product and specific needs, and, once they have gained a clear perspective of a builder’s business model, they find the builder land/lot deals that fit those specific criteria. McCorvey and O’Donnell search for land and lot deals over many counties and offer About Sales, Inc.’s resources of developers and investors to builders when necessary.

Raised in a real estate-savvy home, McCorvey is very familiar with the building process from both the developer’s side and the home buyer’s. Her mother managed three Orlando real estate offices and was the president of the Orlando Board of Realtors. McCorvey’s father has converted over 300 high rise apartment buildings to condos all over the country. She also understands quality customer care.

McCorvey is currently on the Atlanta Board of Realtors and attends events regularly. She resides in Alpharetta with her two daughters.

Tristain O'Donnell

O’Donnell is also no stranger to real estate. Her mother is a top producing mortgage broker in Charleston, SC, and O’Donnell herself has a background in mortgages and institutional lending, with experience at Wells Fargo HomeMortgage and PNC Bank, as well as other, smaller brokers. She is also on the Atlanta Board of Realtors and lives in the fast-growing Atlanta area.
