Save the date for this free, self-guided tour of new homes in metro Atlanta
Spring in Atlanta is synonymous with home tours, and this year is no exception. The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA) is excited to announce the 2019 Atlanta Parade of Homes, which takes place the weekends of April 27 and 28, May 4 and 5 and May 11 and 12. This gives interested homebuyers three full weekends to tour homes!
The self-guided, free Parade of Homes features more than 40 new homes around the metro Atlanta area. The Parade spans from Fayette and Henry to Cherokee and Forsyth counties and everywhere in between. Many homes are decorated models that include the latest and hottest design trends, while others are move-in ready homes available for immediate purchase. The 2019 Parade showcases a wide variety of homes from affordable entry-level homes and townhomes to moderately priced, large homes in popular communities and elegant mansions in exclusive gated neighborhoods.
More details on participating builders and communities are available on online at www.ATLHomesParade.com or through the ATLHomesParade app which is available for download on Apple and Android. The app is the perfect companion to the self-guided event thanks to listings for each home with photos and descriptions, an interactive and searchable map, and GPS directions. Also, follow #ATLHomesParade on social media for updates.
“The Atlanta Parade of Homes offers home buyers and those looking for design ideas the opportunity to view a variety of homes over several weekends,” said Greater Atlanta HBA Executive Officer Corey Deal. “It is a wonderful time to buy a new home in metro Atlanta, and this event showcases a great selection of the homes available for sale by our exceptional builder members.”
The 2019 Atlanta Parade of Homes allows home buyers the opportunity to walk through an eclectic collection of new homes and choose the perfect community to call home.
