The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates The Interior Partners for winning a Gold OBIE in the $299,999 and Under Best Interior Merchandising – Attached Model category for Hanover Pointe from Lennar Atlanta in Alpharetta. The OBIE awards are the highest honor given to Atlanta new homes.

After merchandising the model, the floor plan became the number one selling plan in the community. The casual, comfortable styling  of the model is not overdone. The space planning was arranged as such to showcase maximum livable square footage that allows for traffic flow as the agent shows the home. The foot traffic has been outstanding with many people coming to view the product from referrals from agents and home buyers alike. Since installation of the model, 64 of the 71 units have sold.
