The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Big Canoe Building Group, LLC  for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Marketing Campaign/Promotion-Developer-Budget under $10,000 – Best Marketing category. The OBIE awards are the highest honor given to Atlanta real estate.

The promotion included the development of a unique, hand-written note card that the sales agents sent to prospective clients based on their individual interests. Agents were also given additional photos taken by our homeowners and note cards for their use.
