The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Callaway Builders for winning a Gold OBIE in the Residential Remodeling – Exterior Over $100,000 category for Twin Rivers Drive Residency in Hall Country. The OBIE awards are the highest honor given to Atlanta new homes.

The challenge was in designing the addition so that it coordinated with the exterior makeover. The final result encompassed good craftsman-style design elements and successfully integrated a four-car garage layout into an aesthetically pleasing elevation for the house and the lakeside environment.
