Winmark Homes opens amenities at Providence

The temperature is soaring above 100 degrees the summer, but Winmark Homes has the answer to this summertime heat wave — the Atlanta home builder recently opened the amenities package at Providence in Dacula. This huge amenities complex includes four lighted tennis courts, a spacious clubhouse and junior Olympic swimming pool.

Winmark wants prospective home buyers to come and jump in! The community has 159 homes, and two models are ready now for future buyers to tour. The Azalea has four bedrooms and two and one-half bathrooms and the Kendall has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. All houses are priced from the $240,000s.
