Windsong at Seven Hills Opens

Windsong Properties, Atlanta’s premier Active Adult courtyard home builder has just opened their new community, Windsong at Seven Hills located in Paulding County. Windsong was fashioned after Villas at Blackberry Run, which turned out to be a huge success with its recent close-out. Windsong is situated atop Seven Hills offering its residents great views. But views aren’t all this community has to offer.

Four ranch courtyard floorplans are featured with plenty of options to customize and fit the needs and desires of the homebuyers. Once finished, the entire community will have 57 homes. Phase one will include 25 homes. In the future, some phases will offer basement lots.

Windsong has designed their newest floorplans after listening to the desires of their prospective homebuyers with two new plans including the Sterling and the Canterbury. The Sterling is a smaller plan with two bedrooms and two baths and offers an open floorplan with lots of natural light. The Canterbury is the largest floorplan and features a formal dining room and covered patio in the courtyard.

Homeowners at Windsong at Seven Hills will be able to take advantage of all the amenities offered in the community including walking trails,  tennis courts, playgrounds, sports courts, swimming pool, year round gardens and more. Residents can also enjoy a decorated clubhouse for social activities and as a place to gather with friends and family.
