Waterford Homes Successful Agent Event!

Waterford Homes recently hosted an agent event on September 30th at their Vining’s Village community, Avignon at Vinings. The VIP event welcomed 77 Atlanta real estate agents to tour the new Avignon at Vinings community and Waterford’s Single Family Villas. The VIP tours of Avignon were just one feature on the agenda. Waterford also provided attendees with a fabulous lunch and they enjoyed gourmet cooking demonstrations by Wolf Appliances. Chef Bree Williams, a long time supporter of The Westye Group Southeast, assisted with the Wolf Appliance cooking demos for the agent event. To celebrate gourmet cooking, agents were entered into drawings for $100 gift certificates to terrific area restaurants.

These great prizes were awarded at the event:

• Alex Taylor won a $100 gift card for South City Kitchen.
• Katie Brinkman recieved the $100 gift card to Taverna Florentina.
• Cindy Nowak took home the $100 gift card to Muss and Turner.
• Mary Beth Garrecht won a $100 gift card for C & S Seafood.

Waterford Homes was thrilled with the success of the event and the support of Atlanta’s real estate agents. The event not only showcased the gourmet kitchens found in Waterford’s Single Family Villas, but offered an opportunity for realtors to walk the entire community, fantastic amenities, and stunning new homes in Vinings.
