Visit the Astoria at the Aramore on Sundays for Tea and Coffee

Potential home buyers are welcome to join Kairos Development for tea and coffee at The Astoria at the Aramore open house, which is held every Sunday from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. It is the prime opportunity to get a in-depth look at the luxury Atlanta condos because the developers are on hand to answer questions and give personalized, one-on-one tours of the newly opened model homes during the designated time for the open house. In addition to tea and coffee, other refreshments will be served as well. The Astoria features 70 exclusive high-rise residences in historic Peachtree Battle with condominiums priced from the $400,000s and penthouses priced from the $900,000s.

The Astoria’s beautiful model homes feature the Morgan and Pulitzer floorplans. Both spacious plans have two bedrooms with two and one half bathrooms and showcase the best features and finishes that The Astoria offers its home buyers. The Morgan plan has 1,794 square feet of heated living space and features hardwood floors, granite countertops, stone tile flooring in bathrooms and Thermador appliances. The Pulitzer plan has 1,849 square feet of heated living space as well as a balcony and terrace that adds another 211 square feet. Features of the Pulitzer model include floor-to-ceiling windows, medium-stained cherry cabinets, custom master closet, granite countertops, stone tile flooring in bathrooms, upgraded hardwood flooring and beautiful light fixtures.

The models are a great way to get an idea of what your new Atlanta condo could look like, but remember that the Astoria allows you to customize your luxury new home in Buckhead to reflect your personal style and taste. If you see something you like in the models,  you can get it in your home, or, you have the option to alter it. Complete creative freedom isn’t available at many condo developments in Atlanta.
