ULI Urban Marketplace Coming Soon

Time is running out to register for the Atlanta Urban Land Institute’s Urban Marketplace at the Georgia World Congress Center on January 31. Registrations are due Wednesday, January 23.

Jeff DuFresne, Executive Director of ULI Atlanta, expects it to be a place of deal-starting as people from all walks of the development industry network and learn together. The focus is on mixed-use, mixed income development. The morning will include a talk by Ron Terwilliger, Chairman and CEO of Trammel Crow Residential, the largest developer of multi-family housing in the United States. Informational sessions and roundtable discussions will cover just about every topic that could possibly relate to mixed-use, mixed-income development. It’s a great place to meet the people financing, developing, marketing and designing these developments. Many local governments who are looking for these types of developments will be represented as well.
