ULI Hosts Excellence in Development Awards Dinner
ULI Atlanta will host the 13th Annual Excellence in Development Awards Dinner September 12 from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Georgia Aquarium. This year, ULI will honor two Atlanta real estate legends and five project finalists. It is sure to be a memorable night. RSVP by Sept. 6 to 1-800-321-5011.
Hattie Dorsey, former president of the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership, will receive the Dan Sweat Community Leadership Award for her service to Atlanta and her long-standing work on affordable housing.
Greg Gregory, founder, CEO and vice chairman of industrial developer IDI, is being honored with the Frank Carter Community Achievement Award. Greg was involved in the Chattahoochee River Land Protection Campaign and is a life member of the Trust for Public Land Georgia Advisory Council.
This year’s project finalists are Atlanta’s Terminus One office tower; Buckhead Church; high-tech office development Technology Enterprise Park; and luxury condominium One Vinings Mountain. Viridian, the first high-rise condo in downtown Nashville, also will compete in the Development of Excellence Awards.
