ULI Atlanta Hosts Inaugural Golf Tournament

ULI Atlanta is a nonprofit research and education group that strives to provide leadership in the responsible use of land in Atlanta. The host many different panels discussing many different topics from the newest development ideas in Atlanta to the advantages and disadvantages of developing specific neighborhoods. Basically, this is one organization that tries to make Atlanta a better city, and they would love for you to help them out by participating in their first golf tournament. ULI Atlanta is hosting the 2008 ULI Atlanta Annual Golf Tournament, Monday, October 20, 2008 at the Atlanta Country Club. You’ll have to become a member of ULI Atlanta to participate, but it will be well worth it. Not only will you get to spend a Monday on the green, but being a member also gives you special perks that will keep you up-to-date with the latest developments in Atlanta. 

Players will compete in a four person scramble with team awards given to the low gross and net winners. The tournament is a ULI Atlanta members and sponsors only event. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m., play will last from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and a post tournament awards reception will conclude the day at approximately 4:30 p.m. The registration fee includes one four caddy per foursome, lunch and beverages on the course, and use of the practice range and putting green. Players will also receive an exclusive welcome gift and a team photo. Mulligans are available for $25 and include one raffle ticket and one mulligan. Besides the team awards for low gross and net, individual prizes for long drive, closest to the pin and hole in one will be awarded.
