Two New Home Plans Available at Brynfield-Woodvale

New Homes in SuwaneeBowen Family Homes recently entered phase II of Brynfield-Woodvale. They marked this occasion by introducing two new plans to the community–the Amberwood and Shelbourne. This Gwinnett County community offers interested home buyers nine different two-story, single-family home plans with three to four bedrooms and two and one-half baths ranging in square footage from 2,000 to 2,650. The sister community, Brynfield – Oakhurst, features brick townhomes, and shares a fabulous array of amenities with Brynfield – Woodvale. These communities are in a convenient Suwanee location, close to I-85, shopping and dining and recently ranked 10th on Money Magazine’s 2007 Top 100 Places to Live. Brynfield – Woodvale features new homes in Suwanee priced from $219,900. Both the Amberwood and Shelbourne plans start at $264,900. These plans feature four bedrooms and two and one-half baths. The main level features a two-story foyer in both plans, and the family rooms have fireplaces. The kitchens in each plan have 36-inch oak and maple cabinets with crown molding and sponge trays, stainless steel sinks and oversized pantries. The kitchens in both the Amberwood and Shelbourne plans open to the dining rooms, which are adorned with elegant molding packages and chair rail molding. While there are some similarities in the plans, the upper level in the Amberwood plan contains all four bedrooms, loft area and laundry room. The owner’s suite has a spacious walk-in closet and luxurious bath with dual marble vanity, garden tub and separate shower. In addition to the three bedrooms on the upper level, there is an open loft space, ideal for an office, children’s play room or media room. This plan offers approximately 2,648 square feet of living space. The main difference in the new plans at Brynfield-Woodvale is that in the Shelbourne, the same luxurious owner’s suite is on the main floor. The Shelbourne also offers two distinct upper level plans with and without a loft area as well as a two-story family room. This plan offers approximately 2,472 square feet of living space. These are two extraordinary home plans offering some of the most popular features in Atlanta real estate.
