Two Coldwell Banker ALM Associates Earn Prestigious CSP Designation

Two sales associates with Coldwell Banker American Land Mart, Brandi Williams and Bob Brown, have earned the prestigious Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation from the National Association of Home Builders. The CSP course is an intensive three-day course that focuses upon all aspects of the on-site marketing of new homes, and those who complete the course join more than 25,000 individuals who have successfully achieved this designation. The designation is required by many leading builders around the country for members of their sales staff.

Williams, originally licensed as an agent in 1999, left a 25-year career as a corporate photojournalist to began a career in real estate sales. She primarily markets the homes built by her brother-in-law, custom home builder Mark Smith. An Active Life Member of the East Metro Board of Realtors’ Multi Million Dollar Club, she was named to the 2006 Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society. Brown joined Coldwell Banker ALM early this year as a member of the on-site sales team at Channing Cove community in South Rockdale County. He has over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential development, and he was a builder and developer of his own subdivisions while living in Alabama, having over $3 million in sales.

Coldwell Banker American Land Mart, which has a major share of the luxury home market in the Rockdale County area, is an independent real estate company handling the sales and marketing of numerous subdivisions in the East Metro area. In 2006, ALM had a 63% market share in all homes sold above $500,000 in Rockdale County.
