The Authority’s board selected Traton in a unanimous vote held in December. The board cited Traton’s longstanding reputation in the Cobb County real estate market as a key factor in their decision.
The Marietta Housing Authority has stated that money from the sale of Montgomery Park to Traton will go toward a future senior development and for homeownership assistance.
The exciting home plans at Montgomery Park are currently being designed and will feature 2,000 to 3,000 square feet of living space. A conceptual rendering is shown with this article.
