Steven Dickens was recognized recently as the 2011 Top Producing Agent for Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Newnan/Coweta County office. David Graetz was the office’s No. 2 individual producer for the year, while Linda Scott was No. 3. Dickens was also the No. 3 individual producer companywide for the year. The recognition came at the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization’s annual awards event. Five agents from Bullard’s Newnan office also received recognition at the Newnan Coweta Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club annual recognition event for their performances in 2011. Linda Scott is a Phoenix Member, Steven Dickens is an Active Life Member, and David Gratz, Marian Hynson and Wendy McCleary are Life Members of the Million Collar Club.
