Three Homes Now Available for Purchase in June Ivey Springs in Walton

June Ivey Springs, Castle Homes’ new 50-home community in the Bethlehem area of Walton County, currently has three homes in its upscale Regal Series available for immediate purchase. The community, which is located on June Ivey Road, which runs off Highway 81 near Highway 316 East, offers one and one-half and two-story homes priced from $299,900 to $360,900.
