They are buying

It’s a buyers market and they are definitely buying.  They may not be buying at the velocity we in the residential real estate industry are most comfortable with, but they are buying. Atlanta home buyers are taking advantage of the low percentage rates combined with all of the extra incentives to purchase homes.  While national builders offer deep discounts, many of the local Atlanta builders choose to offer incentives.
