Over the past few years, condominium projects throughout Atlanta have experienced a bumpy ride. However, their presence has changed the Atlanta skyline and have the potential to impact the city. This has many wondering what the future holds for the Atlanta real estate market for condominiums. The panel discussion will include industry leaders who are involved in today’s condo market as they discuss topics such as the current state of the market, what the future holds for the Atlanta condo market, opportunities for investment firms and the desire of citizens to live in condominiums to name a few.

The evening’s moderator will be Jane Kotake, partner at Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco. Discussion panelists include David Haddow, founder of Haddow & Company; John Huckaby, regional marketing director of ST Residential; David Lang, principal with ACG Equities; and Darlys Walkker, CEO of Condominium Concepts Management.

Following the discussion, the Young Leadership Group will host cocktails and hors d’oeuvers at The Atlantic’s club room and pool deck, as well as unit tours.
