The Providence Group’s Ivy Hall Featured in AJC

Ivy Hall RenderingPaul Donsky recently wrote an article in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution discussing one of The Providence Group’s newest developments, Ivy Hall. Located at the corner of North and Piedmont avenues, the mid-rise condominium and townhome community will wrap around the historic Peters House which was formerly the Mansion restaurant. The house, which was dilapidated, is currently being restored by the Savannah College of Art and Design and will eventually become a home for visiting artists and authors. The first homes at Ivy Hall are set to be near completed in late 2008. The article discusses some of the features the homes will include which are similar to the features found at some of The Providence Group’s other communities such as Sterling of Dunwoody. Homes will feature brick and stone exteriors with hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances on the interiors. Residents at Ivy Hall will also enjoy a community pool and workout facility.
