When this team started at the Highlands, the community was trying to recover from several years of slow sales. They has 40 homes in inventory that were several years old, and a large amount of land for future development in the community, Prospects were skeptical as to whether the community would be finished or sold off. It was a “tough sale” at that time in the market.
Michael and Brandon jumped in with booth feet, developing their strategy to promote their community with Realtors, and spread the word within the Atlanta metro area. They truly believed in The Providence Group as a builder, and our commitment to stay and finish the community. This team saw Highlands as an incredible opportunity for buyers to get into a community with an in town feel without in town prices. Their tenacity paid off as sales started happening.
The old inventory was all sold in 2012, and their monthly sales now average 10 per month! Understanding the value of the homes and the community, and being able to instill this value with their prospects has attributed to their success. They both have the ability to create excitement and build urgency with every person that walks through the door. They were also instrumental in our decision to introduce single family homes to the community in late 2012, which has been a homerun for the community!
The momentum they have created at Highlands energizes everyone they encounter. Michael and Brandon’s sales efforts have been rewarded with three top rung awards for sales in three quarters totaling in excesses of $10 million. In the last 12 months, they have sold 101 homes total $26.1 million.
