The Providence Group won one Gold Award and Three Silver Awards from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s 27th Annual OBIE Awards held on Nov. 3. Promenade at NorthPlace, a Sandy Springs community featuring two- and three-story brownstone-style condominiums, received a Gold Awards in the category of Best Building Design Attached Model, All Builders - $375,000 to $499,999 and a Silver Award for Best Building Design Attached, All Builders - $275,000 to $374,999. In addition, Three Bridges, a Suwanee community featuring single family homes, courtyard townhomes and traditional townhomes, received a Silver Award in the category of Single Family Cluster, All Builders - $250,000 to $349,999. Bristol at Briarcliff, a townhome community in Atlanta, received a Silver Award in the category of Best Building Design Attached, All Builders - $375,000 to $499,999.
