The Providence Group is pleased to welcome Michelle France, Ginny Bryant and Donna Piemonte to its corporate office in Gwinnett County. The company, which experienced much success in 2007, will undoubtedly benefit from the knowledge and expertise of the three new additions and continue its success in 2008. The Providence Group is well known throughout the metro Atlanta area for building high-quality single-family homes, townhomes and condos. These three new additions will help continue to improve the reputation of the company. Serving as the new Director of Marketing for The Providence Group will be Ginny Bryant. Bryant has been involved in the real estate industry for 10 years, and will spend a great deal of her time and efforts with the company on internet marketing, generating leads, following up with leads, and most importantly, turning those leads into contracts. Michelle France is the new Marketing Manager for The Providence Group. France understands that the homebuilding industry is changing greatly due to the Internet, and will devote a great deal of her time insuring that The Providence Group has a strong Internet presence. In addition, she will help brand the company through signage, ads, fliers, broker events and more. Donna Piemonte will serve as the new Contracts/Closing Manager and oversee contract acceptance; manage the correspondence and procedures between the preferred lender and closing attorney; and monitor the seller closing structure.
