The Providence Group Sells 100 Homes in 90 Days!

One of Atlanta’s premier builders, The Providence Group, recently hit an astounding 100 sales over a 90 day period. It’s hard to believe that could happen during our economic situation, but it did.

The Providence Group was founded by  father-son team Pete and Warren Jolly and is known for their 12 outstanding communities throughout metro Atlanta. A recent study found that Providence Group finished their third quarter as the fourth largest builder in the Atlanta area due to the number of closings that they had.

Many of their decisions were made before the decline in the economy, but have proven to hold successful anyway.
