The Providence Group Sells 100 Homes in 90 Days!

kitchenOne of Atlanta’s premier builders, The Providence Group, recently hit an astounding 100 sales over a 90 day period. It’s hard to believe that could happen during our economic situation, but it did.

The Providence Group was founded by  father-son team Pete and Warren Jolly and is known for their 12 outstanding communities throughout metro Atlanta. A recent study found that Providence Group finished their third quarter as the fourth largest builder in the Atlanta area due to the number of closings that they had.

So what do they owe their success to? In part it is due to the smart decisions they have made and the premiere locations they choose to build, like Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Alpharetta, Smyrna and more . Many of their decisions were made before the decline in the economy, but have proven to hold successful anyway. Providence has a solid reputation for luxury Atlanta homes filled with fine finishes and the highest quality construction. Plus, the team has made sure to research the best locations with the area’s top schools and strategically built the communities to maximize convenience. Of course the combined experience of over 65 years that Warren and Pete possess has a lot to do with their success as well.

In addition to selling so many homes, they just secured 55 new building permits this month and are seeing construction at many of their communities including Woodbridge Crossing and Highlands of Sandy Springs.

The Providence Group offers single-family homes, condos and luxury townhomes in the metro Atlanta area. They are known for their livable and unique floorplans, “leading edge” designs, stunning exteriors and their prime locations. With their beautiful features and well picked locations, it’s easy to see how these homes are selling at such a rate.
