The Gates on Woodlawn, an elegant community of 22 clustered Villa homes at the intersection of Woodlawn Drive and Lower Roswell Road in East Cobb, has begun pre-opening sales. For buyers who aren’t looking to build a custom home, The Gates on Woodlawn offers six completed homes. These homes feature brick-and-stone exteriors and have numerous custom details, such as hammered travertine floors, solid wood timber beamed ceilings, gas lanterns and granite countertops. All of the homes are open for tours.
