TerraSol to Host CE Class on Working with Sellers

Gwinnett County new homesAgents, could you use a refresher course on how to best work with sellers? Then, you’ll want to attend a CE class from Pulte Homes at TerraSol in Lilburn on Wednesday, March 27 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

When working with sellers, real estate professionals are challenged to come to a listing presentation armed with current market knowledge, details on recent comparable sales and information regarding how a seller’s home stacks up against the competition.  This class helps the agent understand best practices and how to obtain the best facts available in a given market segment.

Attendees can receive three hours of CE credits and space is limited, so be sure to RSVP to 770-972-0448 by March 25 to secure your spot.
