Take a Home for the Holidays Tour with Village at Deaton Creek

village at deaton creekResidents at Village at Deaton Creek will soon be ringing in the season in a unique Deaton Creek style. Many of the community’s social clubs and groups are preparing to bring their decorating skills to life by choosing a theme and decking the halls in one of Deaton Creek’s model homes.

The participants in the model home decorating contest will choose either the Most Original or Most Elegant category, where they have a chance to receive a $300 donation to their Deaton Creek social club if they are selected as the winner. Then, visitors to the community’s model home park will vote on their favorite decorations in each category during the Home for the Holidays model tour. Prospective home buyers can vote from Dec. 1 through 13, providing a fun and festive way to tour the model homes and get into the holiday spirit at the same time.

Village at Deaton Creek, an active adult community from Del Webb located in Hoschton, was recently named the Community of the Year in the 50-plus Housing Community category by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Featuring outstanding amenities, including a 35,000 square foot clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center and much more, the community creates a unique lifestyle for its residents. With the amenities, more than 90 social clubs and activities for residents to participate in and 19 home designs to choose from, it is no wonder that Deaton Creek has been the best-selling community in Atlanta more than once.
