Survey Says Real Estate

Atlanta Business Chronicle readers were recently polled on what they thought was a better investment, real estate or the stock market.

The results are in!  An overwhelming 49-percent said real estate, 28-percent said Both and 18-percent said the stock market.

Comments from readers included:

• Real Estate Never goes away, it just hides for awhile.
• They aren’t making any more land - stocks can be printed anytime.
• Real Estate values may slide, but then never evaporate (Enron)
• People always need somewhere to live, the population grows and so does the need.

Most of the comments echo what we already know, It is a GREAT time to buy Atlanta Real Estate.
