Support Senate Bill 114
The Georgia Association of REALTORS encourages you to take action.
Before this session of hte Georgia General Assembly comes to a close, GAR is asking REALTORS across the state to contact their Representative urging the passage of Senate Bill 114 - amendments to the existing Real Estate License Law. These amendments list additional grounds and crimes for which the Georgia Real Estate Commission may deny a license. They also clarify some of the rights and responsibilities of brokers.
