Sun City Peachtree Releasing Two New Phases of Active Adult Homes

Sun City Peachtree, an active adult community from Del Webb, will be releasing two new phases of homes that will open in February. The two new phases will feature cul-de-sac and private home sites and a wide range of floor plans that are priced from the $130,000s through the $400,000s.
The Lantana section will offer the newest homes from the Magnolia Collection. Priced from the $200,000s, buyers will have six distinct home plans to choose from that range from 2,000 to more than 2,500 square feet. The homes in the Magnolia Collection include gourmet kitchens and options for sunrooms, screened lanais and extended garages.
The second phase of homes will be in the Madeira section and will feature the newest Azalea Collection homes. Priced from the high $130,000s, these homes have 1,100 to more than 1,400 square feet of living space in open, bright floor plans with patios, spacious entertaining kitchens and two-car garages. The Azalea Collection homes also feature options for a sunroom, extended garage or a lanai.
